Lived here for 3yrs. Very dog friendly! I have 2 large breed dogs and it's usually hard finding apt buildings that will accept them. Dog service stations at every door. Concierge and office staff super friendly and helpful. Super quiet I do not hear my neighbors music or kids. I have crate trained 2 dogs which is super loud and annoying and never had any complaints. So they must not be able to hear all the barking or whining!!
